This fast and easy chicken dish is perfect for any bodybuilder. It has plenty of protein, it tastes great, and its quick to cook too. Get stuck into this protein rich, low fat bodybuilding meal.
2 Chicken Breasts
100g Baby Corn
100g Red Pepper
2 tbs Soy Sauce
10g Ginger (add more or less to taste)
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Honey
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Lemon Juice (optional)
40g Brown Rice (uncooked weight)
Then you fry the chicken until its cooked. I used 1 calorie spray to fry with which keeps the calories down.
Then add your chopped vegetables and stir fry these with the chicken.
Next you add your chopped garlic, chopped ginger, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice to the chicken and vegetables. You will need to continue cooking for a couple more minutes.
Once cooked serve with the brown rice and enjoy.
