100g Baby Corn
100g Red Pepper
1 Onion
2 tbs Soy Sauce
10g Ginger (add more or less to taste)
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Honey
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Lemon Juice (optional)
40g Brown Rice (uncooked weight)

Step 1

Start by slicing up all your vegetables so its ready. Then cut up the chicken into chunks.

Then you fry the chicken until its cooked. I used 1 calorie spray to fry with which keeps the calories down.
