This quick and easy chicken dish has all the protein you will need to help grow those muscles. It has very low fat and you can add as much or as little quality carbohydrates to suit your macronutrients. Not only is it easy to make its extremely tasty too.
Cooking Time (Once Marinated)
200g Chicken Breast (Cubed)
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Low Salt Soy Sauce
50g Green Peppers
40g Uncooked Basmati Rice
Mix together honey and soy sauces and coat the chicken cubes. Then leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 mins.
Fry the chicken and marinade on a medium heat hob. (Optional extra – you could spice it up more by adding in some ground ginger).
Once its cooked just serve with your cooked basmati rice and enjoy.
