Ingredients

Bodybuilding Sticky Chicken

200g Chicken Breast (Cubed)
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Low Salt Soy Sauce
50g Green Peppers
50g Courgette
40g Uncooked Basmati Rice

Step 1

Mix together honey and soy sauces and coat the chicken cubes. Then leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 mins.

Step 2

While thats marinating you can chop up your courgettes and peppers, and cook off your basmati rice.

Step 3

Fry the chicken and marinade on a medium heat hob. (Optional extra – you could spice it up more by adding in some ground ginger).

Now add your chopped vegetables and continue to fry until fully cooked.

Step 5

Once its cooked just serve with your cooked basmati rice and enjoy.
