Here is a great high intensity arm workout with one of Britain’s best IFBB Professional Bodybuilders. We did Tricep Pushdowns followed by Machine Dips and finished off with Overhead Tricep Extensions. All performed with cleverbodybuilding.com’s famous 79 repetition sets with as little rest as possible. We then hit biceps which was a normal bicep curl followed with a hammer curl straight after again only 3 seconds rest between these two exercises. Enjoy guys and try this next time your in the gym.
