Make Sure You Structure Your Training To Grow Properly

When people do the same exercises, weights, and types of training day in day out, it is likely they will not be developing their muscles they way they would like. Your body has to be tested to gain a response to grow. This could be a response to an increase weight load, intensity level, new exercise etc. The point is that if your body is not tested you will not grow properly.

Make sure you structure your training so you will constantly test your body so it can respond and grow. Dont do the same thing every time you go the gym, mix it up and you will see good gains consistently. Keep your progress going in the right direction and you will be the best bodybuilder you can be.
